CareerStar International started our recruitment journey in 1998. Over the last 20 years, we have served a wide range of clients from F&B, Retail, Facilities Management, IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Tourism & Hospitality and more. From humble beginnings, we have built upon a repository of experiences, knowledge, and work processes that our clients can continue to depend on for their employment needs.

Our logo reflects the important values that we hold dear to us. The logo is made up of 人 (rén), which stands for ‘people’ in Chinese. This represents our core values: 专业 (Professionalism)，引领 (Leadership)，高效 (Effectiveness)，关怀 (Caring). The center of the logo is also shaped as the silhouette of a person as human capital is the center of our focus.
In its entirety, CareerStar logo illustrates the importance of forging lasting relationships by going beyond the normal scale of service. We go to great lengths to empathize with our clients, and to understand their situation not only as business partners but as a companion.
